In Home Stretch, a Turtle Film – and Film Crew – Come Together

After an expected rough few weeks since our return from Magdalena Bay, on Tuesday night our documentary production class made some amazing strides.

In addition to the tunes Megan and Nadine MegNadine found that fit beautifully into our film, Adam, Joe and Matt cut a couple more YouTube teasers to keep our followers on the edge of their seats as they await the May 7th release date of “¡Viva la Tortuga!”
Having the official Spanish translations of our interviews allowed Danielle and Megan to draft voice-over copy, which a select few of us used to record the English versions that will be laid over the Spanish soundbites of the film.

As Lou and Dr. Luskay started to sweeten up the finalized rough cut, we were all in good spirits as we began to see not only our finished product truly coming together, but our team as well.
